Make sure the Bill of Lading is signed and initialed by the customer to confirm the move completion. The customer must sign under the delivery confirmation, which is usually located on the bottom of the BOL (see sample BOL).

Scan and upload the BOL from your Mover Dashboard. Click the 'Awaiting BOL' tab to see the list of completed moves that you have not submitted the BOLs for yet. Click the 'Submit BOL' button to upload the document right onto your Mover Dashboard.

After the BOL is submitted, the Unpakt Team will review and process it for your payment.
